We are looking for dedicated and skilled Physical therapists to join our healthcare team and work for our client in the USA. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients improve their physical mobility and overall well-being. You will assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs aimed at restoring function, alleviating pain, and preventing further injury. Your work will be essential in enhancing the quality of life for patients, ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Job Type: Full-time Contract

Job Location: Relocation to the USA (Montana)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions and mobility issues.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including exercises, manual therapy, and other therapeutic interventions.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families on exercises, lifestyle modifications, and self-management techniques to support long-term health.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting assessments, treatments, and progress.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to care planning and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and supervision to physiotherapy assistants and other support staff as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Current and valid Physiotherapist licensure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited university or college.
  • Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions.
  • Excellent clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or rehabilitation settings is preferred.
