Job Summary: We are seeking Canadian licensed Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team and work for our client in the USA. As an RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Job Type: Full-time Contract
Job Location: Relocation to the USA (North Dakota)
Responsibilities:
- Resident Care: Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and managing patient records.
- Care Planning: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents.
- Assessment: Conduct regular assessments of residents’ physical and mental health, adjusting care plans as needed.
- Communication: Maintain open communication with residents, families, and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
- Compliance: Ensure that all nursing practices comply with state and federal regulations and facility policies.
- Education: Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding care plans and health management.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other staff to ensure a supportive and efficient care environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited university or college.
- Current and valid RN licensure.
- Completion of NCLEX examination.
- Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in primary care, long-term care, or specialized clinical settings is preferred.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in ER, OB, MS and Long term care
- BLS/CPR certification required.
